Die Konferenz startet am Freitag, 10. Juni um 15 Uhr mit einer Vorstellung der teilnehmenden Gruppen. Die Auftaktveranstaltung beginnt um 18 Uhr. Die Konferenz endet am Sonntag, 12. Juni um 15 Uhr. Bitte versucht, von Anfang bis Ende da zu sein, damit wir die Konferenz gemeinsam starten und beenden können. Wir wollen, dass vor allem am Freitag alle Teilnehmer*innen alle Infos zur Konferenz bekommen.

Ort
Die Konferenz findet im Haus der Kulturen und dem Kulturzentrum musa in Göttingen statt. Die Adresse ist Hagenweg 2a, 37081 Göttingen.
Parkplätze
In Fußentfernung stehen ausreichend Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Autos, die zum Schlafen genutzt werden, können direkt auf dem Konferenzgelände geparkt werden.

Anreise
Der Veranstaltungsort liegt eine entspannte halbe Stunde zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof Göttingen entfernt. Am Freitag werden wir am Bahnhof stehen, um euch in Empfang zu nehmen. Wann und wo genau teilen wir euch an dieser Stelle noch mit.

Awareness / Sicherheit
Es gibt ein Awareness-Konzept.

Corona
Teilnahme nach Möglichkeit mit 2G-Status (geimpft oder genesen). Vor der Anreise und auf der Konferenz bitte Schnelltests machen. Auf dem Konferenzgelände steht ein Testzentrum zur Verfügung. In Innenräumen empfehlen wir das Tragen einer FFP2-Maske.

Essen
Von Freitag-Abend bis Sonntag-Mittag werden wir mit leckerem veganem Essen und Snacks versorgt. Wir nehmen auf angegebene Unverträglichkeiten Rücksicht.
Pro Tag und Person rechnen wir mit 10€ Essenskosten. Das Essen finanziert sich durch Spenden. Falls du die Möglichkeit hast, kannst du gern mehr als den empfohlenen Spendenbetrag geben. Natürlich kannst du auch essen, wenn du kein oder kaum Geld zur Verfügung hast.

Infopoint
Wir werden auf dem Konferenzgelände einen Infopoint einrichten, an dem ihr alle wichtigen Infos zur Konferenz bekommt und auch Fragen stellen könnt. Während der Konferenz steht eine Handy-Nummer für alle logistischen Fragen und Probleme zur Verfügung. Die Nummer teilen wir an dieser Stelle noch mit.

Kinderbetreuung
Während das Programm läuft, wird es eine Kinderbetreuung geben.

Sprache
Die Konferenz findet auf mehreren Sprachen statt. Bei den Veranstaltungen wird wahrscheinlich viel Englisch oder Deutsch gesprochen. Die Beiträge werden dann per Radio- und Spinnen-Technik in andere Sprachen simultan verdolmetscht. Wir werden für jede angemeldete Sprache, eine Verdolmetschung organisieren. Unser Ziel ist, dass alle Teilnehmer*innen in ihrer bevorzugten Sprache teilnehmen können.

Teilnahmebeitrag
Die Konferenz kostet nichts, allerdings sind wir für die Deckung von Raummiete, Fahrtkosten für Geflüchtete, Dolmetsch-Technik, Honorare etc. auf Spenden angewiesen. Wenn ihr könnt, spendet gerne einen Richtwert von 15 – 50 € an

Göttinger Erklärung
Wir planen aktuell, eine Göttinger Erklärung bei der Konferenz zu verabschieden. Wir überlegen aktuell, wie wir diese Erklärung gemeinsam erstellen können und informieren euch rechtzeitig, was ihr dafür tun könnt.

Mapping
Die Konferenz soll nicht nur lokale Kämpfe verbinden. Wir wollen darüber hinaus gemeinsam überlegen, wie wir bundesweit kooperiert und effektiver vorgehen können. Die Konferenz soll so ein erster Aufschlag für eine weitere regelmäßige Vernetzung sein. Konkret wird es einen Stand zum Mapping geben. Die Idee dahinter ist, dass wir alle solidarischen Anlaufstellen und Gruppen übersichtlich zusammenstellen. Das soll die Kommunikation und Informationsweitergabe nach der Konferenz erleichtern.

Migrant Involvment
Durch die Pandemie sind viele Kontakte in die Lager verloren gegangen. Geht gerne in die Geflüchteten-Lager bei euch und informiert die Menschen über die Konferenz. Programm
Am Freitag starten wir mit einer „Noborder Fair“, wo sich alle Gruppen vorstellen können. Bringt dafür gern aktuelles Infomaterial mit! Danach folgt die offizielle Begrüßung mit allen wichtigen Infos. Dort werden auch die 4 Schwerpunkte der Konferenz vorgestellt: 1. Antideportation, 2. NoLager, 3. Selforganiztaion, 4. Networking/Connecting struggles. Am Samstag gibt es ein vielfältiges Programm mit Vorträgen, Podiumsdiskussionen und Workshops. Der Sonntag dreht sich um die Frage: „Wie weiter?“. Dazu wird es einen Open Space pro Schwerpunkt geben und ein gemeinsames Abschlussplenum. Wir informieren euch an dieser Stelle, sobald das Programm final feststeht.

Schlafen
Es bestehen folgende Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten
• Matratzenlager mit mitgebrachter Isomatte / Schlafsack
• Zelten auf dem Konferenzgelände mit mitgebrachtem Zelt / Isomatte / Schlafsack
• Schlafen im eigenen Auto auf dem Konferenzgelände
Falls ihr in einem kleineren Raum oder in einem Bett unterkommen möchtet, stehen begrenzte Schlafplätze bei Privatpersonen zur Verfügung.
Die bei der Anmeldung angegebenen Wünsche werden wir berücksichtigen.

Social Office
Wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass individuelle Aufenthaltsfragen nur unzureichend bei Veranstaltungen geklärt werden können. Am Samstag wird es deswegen tagsüber ein Social Office mit kostenloser Rechtsberatung geben. Das Social Office bietet Beratung zu allen sozialen und rechtlichen Fragen.
Macht mit!
Die Konferenz lebt von eurer Beteiligung. Ganz konkret suchen wir noch Unterstützung in folgenden Bereichen

• Die Küche braucht Transporthilfe!
  1x Halle-Göttingen (nur hin) ca. 3/4 Ladung PKW mit Essen
  1x Beverath (Rheinland) bis Göttingen (hin und zurück) mit Essen und Küchenmaterial. Dafür braucht es 1 Transporter (günstige Miete möglich) und 1 Fahrperson. Falls du also Kontakte zu Transporter rund um Köln / Mönchenglattbach hast oder gar selber mit deinem Bus kommst melde dich gerne!
•  Schlafsachen – Wenn du mehrere Isomatten/Schlafsäcke zuhause hast, bring sie gern zur Konferenz mit.
• Verdolmetschung – Du sprichst mehrere Sprachen und hast Lust, bei der Konferenz bei der Verdolmetschung zu unterstützen? Schreib gern eine Mail an (interprise@nirgendwo.info) mit
  dem Betreff “No Lager Camp” oder komm auf der Konferenz auf uns
  zu.  Bald kommt auch noch ein Aufruf des Dolmetsch-Kollektivs mit weiteren Infos dazu
•  Wir brauchen noch Menschen, die bei der Konferenz bei der Kinderbetreuung, am Infopoint oder beim Mapping (Stand zur Vernetzung) unterstützen.

The conference will start at 3 p.m. on Friday, June 10, with an introduction of the participating groups. The welcoming event begins at 6 pm. The conference will end on Sunday, June 12 at 3 pm. Please try to be there from beginning to end so we can start and end the conference together. We want all participants to get all the info about the conference especially on Friday.

Location
The conference will take place at the Haus der Kulturen and the cultural center musa in Göttingen. The address is Hagenweg 2a, 37081 Göttingen.

Parking
There is plenty of parking available within walking distance. Cars used for sleeping can be parked directly on the conference grounds.

Arrival
The conference location is a relaxed half hour walk from the main train station in Göttingen. On Friday we will be at the station to welcome you. We will let you know when and where exactly.

Awareness / Security
There is an awareness concept. More information will be available soon.

Corona
Participation if possible with 2G status (vaccinated or recovered). Please do quick tests before arrival and at the conference. A testing center will be available at the conference site. Indoors, we recommend wearing an FFP2 mask.

Food
From Friday evening to Sunday lunch, we will be provided with delicious vegan food and snacks. We will be considerate of stated intolerances.
Per day and person we calculate with 10€ food costs. The food is financed by donations. If you have the possibility, you are welcome to give more than the recommended donation amount. Of course, you can also eat if you have little or no money.

Infopoint
We will set up an infopoint on the conference site where you can get all important information about the conference and also ask questions. During the conference a cell phone number will be available for all logistical questions and problems. We will inform you about the number here.

Childcare
During the program there will be childcare available.

Language
The conference will be held in several languages. There will probably be a lot of English or German spoken during the events. The contributions will be simultaneously interpreted into other languages by radio and spider technology. We will organize interpretation for each language registered. Our goal is that all participants will be able to participate in their preferred language.

Participation fee
The conference is free of charge, but we need donations to cover room rental, travel expenses for refugees, interpreting equipment, fees, etc. If you can, please donate a guideline of 15 – 50 € to

Göttingen Declaration
We are currently planning to adopt a Göttinger Declaration at the conference. We are currently thinking about how we can create this declaration together and will inform you in time what you can do for it.

Mapping
The conference should not only connect local struggles. We also want to think together how we can cooperate and act more effectively nationwide. The conference should be a first step for further regular networking. Specifically, there will be a booth on mapping. The idea behind this is that we create an overview of solidarity contact points and groups. This should facilitate communication and information transfer after the conference.

Migrant Involvement
Due to the pandemic, many contacts in the camps have been lost. Feel free to go to the refugee camps near you and inform people about the conference. If there are problems to get there because of residence obligation/travel restriction, contact your local Anitra group or this WhatsApp number: +491774028678

Program
On Friday we will start with a “Noborder Fair”, where all groups can introduce themselves. Feel free to bring current information material for this! Afterwards there will be the official welcome with all important information. There we will also present the 4 main topics of the conference: 1. antideportation, 2. nocamp, 3. selforganiztaion, 4. networking/connecting struggles. On Saturday there will be a diverse program of lectures, panel discussions and workshops. Sunday will revolve around the question, “What next?”. There will be one Open Space per focus area and a joint closing plenary.  We will inform you here as soon as the program is finalized.

Sleeping
The following overnight accommodations are available
    – Mattress camp with your own sleeping mat / sleeping bag
    – Camping on the conference area with your own tent / sleeping mat / sleeping bag
    – Sleeping in your own car on the conference area
If you would like to stay in a smaller room or in a bed, limited sleeping places are available in private houses / apartments. We will consider all requests about sleeping that were made during the registration.

Social Office
We have made the experience that individual residence issues can only be insufficiently clarified at events. On Saturday, there will therefore be a Social Office during the day with free legal advice. The Social Office offers advice on all social and legal questions.

Join in!
The conference needs your participation. Specifically, we are still looking for support in the following areas

The kitchen needs transport help!
    1x Halle-Göttingen (only there) approx. 3/4 load car with food
    1x Beverath (Rhineland) to Göttingen (there and back) with food and kitchen material. For this we need 1 transporter (cheap rent possible) and 1 driver. If you have contacts to transporters around Cologne / Mönchenglattbach or even come with your own bus, please contact us!

Sleeping bags
If you have several sleeping mats/sleeping bags at home, please bring them to the conference.

Interpreting
You speak several languages and would like to help with interpreting at the conference? Feel free to write an email to (interprise@nirgendwo.info) with the subject “No Lager Camp” or approach us at the conference. Soon there will be a call from the interpreting collective with more information about it.
 
Childcare
We still need people to help at the conference with childcare, at the infopoint or with mapping (booth for networking).

La conférence commencera vendredi, le 10 juin à 15 heures avec une présentation des groupes qui participent. Le programme officiel de la conférence débutera à 18 heures. Il se terminera dimanche, le 12 juin, à 15 heures. Merci d’essayer d’être là du début à la fin, afin que nous puissions démarrer et terminer la conférence ensemble. Parking

Un nombre suffisant de places de parking est disponibles à distance de marche. Les voitures utilisées pour dormir peuvent être garées directement sur le site de la conférence.

Arrivée

Le centre culturel se trouve à une demi-heure à pied de la gare centrale de Göttingen. Vendredi, nous serons à la gare pour vous accueillir. Nous vous informerons plus tard de l’heure et de l’endroit exact.

« Awareness » / sécurité

Un concept de sensibilisation a été mis en place. Il y aura plus d’informations bientôt.

Corona

Participation si possible avec un statut 2G (vacciné*e ou guéri*e). Avant l’arrivée et pendant la conférence, veuillez faire des tests rapides. Un centre de test est disponible sur le site de la conférence. À l’intérieur, nous recommandons le port d’un masque FFP2.

Repas

Du vendredi soir au dimanche midi, de délicieux repas et snacks végétaliens nous seront offerts. Nous tenons compte des intolérances indiquées.

Nous comptons 10 € par jour et par personne pour les repas. Les repas seront financés par des dons. Si tu en as la possibilité, tu peux donner plus que le montant recommandé. Bien sûr, tu peux aussi manger si tu n’as pas ou peu d’argent à ta disposition.

Point d’information

Nous installerons un point d’information sur le site de la conférence, où vous pourrez obtenir toutes les informations importantes sur la conférence et où vous pouvez poser des questions. Pendant la conférence, un numéro de téléphone portable sera disponible pour toutes les questions et problèmes logistiques. Nous vous communiquerons le numéro ici.

Service de garde d’enfants

Une garderie sera mise en place pendant le programme.

Langue

La conférence se déroulera en plusieurs langues. Il est probable que l’on parle beaucoup d’anglais ou d’allemand pendant le programme. Les interventions seront alors interprétées simultanément dans d’autres langues et diffusées par la technique de la radio. Nous organiserons une interprétation pour chaque langue inscrite. C’est notre objectif que tout*e*s les participant*e*s puissent participer dans leur langue préférée.

Frais de participation

La conférence ne coûte rien, mais nous avons besoin de dons pour couvrir la location de la salle, les frais de transport pour les personnes réfugiées, la technique d’interprétation, les honoraires, etc. Si vous le pouvez, faites un don d’une valeur indicative de 15 à 50 € à l’adresse suivante :

Déclaration de Göttingen

Nous prévoyons actuellement d’adopter une déclaration de Göttingen lors de la conférence. Nous réfléchissons actuellement à la manière comment nous pouvons rédiger cette déclaration ensemble. On vous informera en temps voulu de ce que vous pouvez faire pour cela.

Cartographie – Mapping

La conférence ne doit pas seulement relier les luttes locales. Nous voulons en outre réfléchir ensemble à la manière dont nous pouvons coopérer et agir plus efficacement à l’échelle nationale. La conférence doit ainsi être un premier pas vers une mise en réseau plus régulière. Concrètement, il y aura un stand sur la cartographie. L’idée est de rassembler tous les points de contact et groupes solidaires de manière claire. Cela devrait faciliter la communication et la transmission d’informations après la conférence.

Participation des migrant*e*s

A cause de la pandémie, de nombreux contacts dans les camps de réfugiés ont été perdus. N’hésitez pas à vous rendre dans les camps près de chez vous et n’hésitez pas à informer les gens sur la conférence. S’il y a des problèmes en raison de l’obligation de résidence/restriction de voyage, contactez votre groupe Antiraciste local ou ce numéro WhatsApp : +491774028678.

Programme

Le programme commencera par une “Noborder Fair”, où tous les groupes pourront se présenter. N’hésitez pas à apporter du matériel d’information actuel ! Ensuite, il y aura l’accueil officiel avec toutes les informations importantes. Les quatre points forts de la conférence y seront également présentés : 1. Antideportation – contre les déportations, 2. NoLager – pas de camps, 3. Selforganization – organisation autonome, 4. Networking/Connecting struggles – établir des réseaux. Le samedi, un programme varié de conférences, de tables rondes et d’ateliers sera proposé. Le dimanche tournera autour de la question : « Comment continuer ? » Pour cela, il y aura un open space par thème et une plénière de clôture commune. Nous vous informerons ici dès que le programme sera définitivement décidé.

Dormir

Les possibilités d’hébergement sont les suivantes

– Dortoir avec matelas et sac de couchage.

– Camper sur le site de la conférence avec votre tente / matelas de sol / sac de couchage.

– Dormir dans sa propre voiture sur le site de la conférence

Si vous souhaitez dormir dans une pièce plus petite ou dans un lit, des places limitées seront disponibles chez des particuliers.

Nous tiendrons compte des souhaits exprimés lors de votre inscription.

Bureau social

Nous avons fait l’expérience que les questions individuelles concernant le droit de séjour ne peuvent pas être résolues de manière satisfaisante lors des manifestations. C’est pourquoi un Bureau Sociale sera mis en place le samedi pendant la journée qui offrira des conseils juridiques gratuits. Le Social Office fournira des conseils sur toutes les questions sociales et juridiques.

Participez à la conférence !

La conférence vit de votre participation. Très concrètement, nous cherchons encore du soutien dans les domaines suivants :

– La cuisine a besoin d’aide pour le transport !

• 1x Halle-Göttingen (aller seulement) env. 3/4 de charge de voiture avec de la nourriture

• 1x Beverath (Rhénanie) jusqu’à Göttingen (aller – retour) avec de la nourriture et du matériel de cuisine

Pour cela, il faut 1 camionnette (location bon marché possible) et 1 chauffeur.

Si tu connais des transporteurs autour de Cologne / Mönchenglattbach ou si tu viens toi-même avec ton bus, n’hésite pas à nous contacter !

– Sacs de couchage – Si tu as plusieurs matelas ou sacs de couchage à la maison, tu peux les apporter à la conférence.

– Interprétation – Tu parles plusieurs langues et tu as envie d’aider à l’interprétation de la conférence ? N’hésite pas à envoyer un e-mail à info@aktionbleiberecht.de. Un appel du collectif d’interprètes sera bientôt lancé avec plus d’informations.

– Nous avons encore besoin de personnes pour aider à la conférence lors de la garde des enfants, au point d’information ou au mapping (stand de mise en réseau).
